3. Booking and payments

This project does not include online self‑service booking or payment processing. All appointments are booked manually by our reception team via phone, WhatsApp or in‑clinic, and all payments are handled as cash or bank transfer at the clinic.

Any prices or promotional information on the website are indicative and may change without notice. The final treatment plan and fees will be confirmed during your in‑clinic consultation.

4. Staff accounts and security

Staff members are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for all activity performed under their accounts. Passwords must not be shared and access should only be used for legitimate clinic work. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access where misuse or security risks are detected.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to staff areas, data or systems;
• probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the application without written permission;
• upload or transmit malicious code, spam or content that is unlawful, defamatory or infringing; or
• use automated tools to scrape, copy or overload the service.

6. Intellectual property

All clinic branding, text, images, design elements and software are owned by Aesthetic Clinic or used with permission. You may view the content for personal, non‑commercial use but may not copy, modify, redistribute or use it for competing services without our written consent.

7. Limitation of liability

We aim to keep the website and clinic management system available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all information is free from errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aesthetic Clinic is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability for negligence causing personal injury where such limitation would be unlawful.
